The yearly Marathon takes place in Rome involving great international athletes. The site of the race is via dei Fori Imperiali. You can sign up online. The Marathon Village is open the week preceding the other race in Eur district. Runners can pick up their bib numbers and race packet for the Marathon and the 4k RomaFun - "La Stracittadina". They can also visit stands, attend concerts and shows, utilise sports facilities and take part in the entertainment festivities.
