Uve e Forme Introduzione alla degustazione "note sul vino" CORSO DI I LIVELLO a cura di Sabrina Iasillo Lunedì 5 ottobre 2009 inizio del corso di primo livello 6 lezioni teorico-pratico di ausilio alla conoscenza del vino, fatto di uomini terra e promesse. Il corso avra' cadenza settimanale e si terrà presso Uve e Forme SHOP in via Padova 14 Roma dalle ore 20:00 alle ore 22:00 I lezione: breve introduzione: le origini del vino. La vite vista da vicino, innesto, propagazione, allevamento e strategie di produzione. Brindisi di inizio corso. Cosa rivelano le etichette II lezione: Il mosto e i principali componenti. Tecnica della degustazione: cenni di anatomia e fisiologia degli organi sensoriali. Degustazione di 5 vini campione. III lezione: Vinificazione in bianco. Degustazione di 5 vini campione. IV lezione: Vinificazione in rosso e macerazione carbonica. Degustazione di 5 vini campione. V lezione: Spumantizzazione Metodo Classico e Charmat. Degustazione di 5 vini campione.
