DESCRIPTION:
The firm, managed by Fausto Bisi and Annette Merkus, has three separate activity branches: projects for restoration and recovery interventions; new building projects; town-planning. The restoration projects mainly concern monumental buildings, protected by Law 1089/39. We perform metric and material surveys of the buildings and diagnostic interventions. The restoration work consists of preservation, consolidation or seismic improvement, and in some cases also includes restructuring and extension interventions. Construction projects concern the public, social and/or healthcare sector. In executing the work, our firm attends to works management and worksite safety in compliance with Law 494/96. Our town-planning activities concern urban upgrading, mobility and road safety plans.
