In 1988 the Troiani brothers, Angelo, Giuseppe and Massimo, moved from Ascoli Piceno (Marche) to Rome. They went into catering services and after having managed Petrucci’s restaurant for about a year, they decided to open their own one. The first Il Convivio Troiani opened in 1990, it was a rather small but comfortable restaurant. In 1999 the restaurant was well appreciated and the three brothers decided to change location by moving to another larger one, which is now located  in vicolo dei Soldati 31. Il Convivio is elegantly furnished with a classic taste. It offers a traditional and creative cuisine in a delightful atmosphere.

Al Bric is a wine shop where you can taste high quality wines with appetizers or dinners. This shop has been run by Roberto Marchetti since 1998 and it is near Campo de Fiori, minutes away from piazza Navona. It offers about one thousand labels of excellent wines: Denis Moret, Claude Dugat and Etienne Sauzet are just a few examples.
