Italian fashion school : Polimoda
In Florence Polimoda, a member of IFFTI (International Foundation of Fashion Technology Institutes), organizes preparatory courses, post diploma courses, and masters programs in both in the English and Italian language. The processes of the fashion industry such as the production, sales, marketing and merchandising are faced. In particular this institute organizes a three year course in fashion design in collaboration with the Architecture University of Reggio Calabria: an internship experience is compulsory, students will work initially as assistants in a creative offices becoming gradually artistic professionals of Fashion.

In Rome, Accademia Koefia prepares students for the fashion design system dealing with stylism and specific aspects such as graphic, computer design, history of art and costume, knitting, sewing and colour techniques, handicraft textile art, fashion marketing. NABA is located in Milan, the Italian capital of fashion, which proposes a Bachelor of Arts Degree specialized in Fashion Design. Students develop competences and strategies to project and work in creative contexts, fashion design studios, showrooms, fashion firms. Analysis and research on materials, accessories, style and patterns planning, disciplines such as semiotics and anthropology are scheduled.

Italian fashion school: Istituto Superiore di Design
ISD – the Istituto Superiore di Design – is located in Naples. In this prestigious school, you could attend a three year course or a master in fashion design or fashion stylist. Subjects include management, pattern making and production covering processes involving collections from prêt-à-porter to sportswear, from knitwear to underwear. Students will blend in their aesthetic sense and creativity with technical and entrepreneurial skills.
